Make It Colourful blending Green & Yellow

Happy Saturday everyone!!!

Yet another fun challenge at Make it Colourful.I wanted to take a moment and say all the entries from the kiddie challenge were unbelievable.I mean the entries were just so great and i find it so wonderful that our little ones get to craft next to us :)

Big hugs to the wonderful parents, Aunts,grandmas..... for letting them play along with us.
This week's sponsor is Crissy Armstrong. I've been wanting to color Maya making wishes for some quite time now.I paired her with MIC Rainbow Dandelion background another image I've been wanting to color lol!
I hope you take on the challenge and colour with us using the GREEN and Yellow technique.OH yeah i failed to menchant that lol! All you have to do is blend green and yellow together. If you need more inspiration PLEASE GO VISIT MY TEAMMIES!!! Get ready to be inspired like no other! These talented ladies ALWAYS blow me away with their gorgeous creations!!!

Close up of Maya

I used my letrasets to color the whole scene: warm 1 through 11

used my copic for her wings:YG03,YG06,YG13

Y000,Y11,Y32,Y35

There is stardust through out the card but you know i could never catch the glitz with my camera :(

I wanted to share a picture of Lauren. Thanks to ZOE she is officially a crafter. After i read all the lovely comments you left for her.Lauren has become this obsessed crafter lol!Oh your not going to guess what i had to go buy for her to get her started.MARKERS,PENCILS,COLORS,PAINTS.........

and those little pockets are SO full of supplies lol!

I also wanted to give you an update on Krystalyn's knee surgery.

First off thank you for leaving some nice messages for her and I.

The surgery went very well.Right now she is resting and just yesterday she left her crutches and is now limping her way around.

Soccer is on hold for the moment and hopefully she heals well to get back in it.Her coaches assured her that her spot will be there as long as her recovery is complete.Want to hear something funny well it was weird in a way. When i went to see her in the recovery room. I walked towards her and she just barely opened her eyes and with a weak movement to her hand she points to the ceiling. Her room number was #6 and that is her soccer number.I just giggled and was surprised lol!

That's all my waffling for today and till next time (tomorrow) peeps,Ruby

Funny you mention your daughter turning in to the big crafter after all the comments. I read my Kara all the comments your DT left her and she came home last night and went to town on like 3 or 4 cards. Totally motivated her again. They turned out really cute to. She put them on my desk last night and said...ok mom...take pictures of these!! hehe She wants her own blog now! lol

    Hugs,
