Stamp With Fun #101 Monochrome

Hello friends I'm back again with a creation for Stamp with Fun! The challenge this week is to create something in monochrome Blue. Now i originally thought we had to do something in monochrome with whatever color. When i went to load my card to the group i saw that everybody had a blue mono card going.I thought that is hilarious we all thought of the same color BAHAAAA, LOL!!!!!!!!!!

Um nope it ends up it was monochrome blue so i got so lucky that i went with the blue too otherwise i would of failed miserably lol!! PHEW! Almost messed up on that one!!!

MAYBE I SHOULD CONSIDER WEARING MY GLASSES HUH?!! :) I colored my Ribbon hair Tilda with my Letraset Patone markers all in the warm family. The cheeks were given a hint of RV10 ,the bows were given a touch of B14 and simply touched with Waterfall stickles.I did something different this time on my shading to give the image a nice depth.I was eager to use my new charcoal pencil and just blended it out with my finger very easy:)

My sentiment is hard to read but it says,"Just saying hello friend". On my Magnolia Heart.

I think this is the closest i could get without being too blurry.I hope you like it and have time to play with us.I want to thank you all for the lovely messages and emails .They really sit well in my heart and makes me feel so happy all the time. If you have time to take a gander at the rest of the team please do so as they created such wonderful work.

  3. HAHAHA - I ALWAYS forget what the challenge we are supposed to be doing. I get so caught up in my own ideas that I forget that I am supposed to be following a theme. There have been a few times where I have had to quickly go back and add a ribbon or some buttons or something so that it fits. LOL You were lucky this time!!

As for the card... GORGEOUS!! I hope you are sending this to you know who!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hurry up and do it will ya!!!

    Hugs xxooo

  4. Good Heavens Ruby -your card is absolutely out of this world gorgeous -- the back ground behind Tilda is so creative and beautiful and the flowers topping it off are perfect. The charcoal shading was a stroke of genius as it gives a smokiness and lends mystery. I can't get over all the embellishments and it has all worked perfectly. I have to admit - I am envious over such talent!
