Magnolia-licious highlities Nov DT Challenge

Hiya friends it's time for another challenge at Magnolia-licious Highlities. Oh boy because I wanted to try a different technique, colouring with very light lines on a stamp image. For instance you stamp an image with a very light brown or grey and so for.The result is really cool!!

The only problem I'm blind as it is and colouring #161 Mini Lightning Edwin ,LOL!!!!!! Well you know the hard time I had.
I also did the same thing on my Magnolia #568 Winter forest Christmas background and drew in spurs to add texture :)

Reminder MIC has a texture challenge going as well :)

Here are the pictures for this challenge that my friend Angie(Scrap girl) picked for us to help us get inspired.

here is a closer look to my # 161 Mini Lightning Edwin from Magnolia-licious store  and Christmas background which I only stamped two trees. The actual stamp has three of them just fyi.

I hope you could join us and I can't wait to see what you came up with.

Have a great coming week!

  1. Gorgeous Rubes, love the Spruces but agree that must of been difficult with those mini's, even I think I'd need glasses and I don't wear any, lol.

  3. Hi Ruby!
A fabulous job of coloring this mini Edwin. I love the Christmas tree background with the snow.
Lovely Layout and papers. I find the mini's are a little too small for my eyes so for you to achieve such a great job of shading and pleats and then to do it without dark lines. you are amazing.
