I'm featuring two girls cuz I couldn't just color one. I teamed up Jacinta Sitting/Thinking with the wavy blonde hair and Rebecca Sitting with the Brown straight hair.

Both are watercolored with Distress inks and ONLY distress ink pads this time.
A very easy soft tone card and yes it's for sale email me if you're interested but best hurry cuz my mates are going to DIBBS it once this goes live lol!

I used  lots of pastel pink, aqua and light greys for this card , a little shabby chic you should say.

easy peasy lemon squeezy and that's all from me today.
Thanks so much for hopping by. Your next stop is Marika.
If you get lost, here's the full Blog Hop...

LDRS Summer Luvin with my Bestfriend

Welcome all to the LDRS New CandiBean Summer Luvin Collection Hop!!!!
I'm glad you could join us and if you popped in to see what I've been up to well let's just say I've been coloring A LOT LOL! Few things behind the scene and so forth.

Anywhoo I'm so excited to share my creation and be part of this hop with my awesome DT sistas.
If you are coming from my lovely and talented friend Ann Marie's blog you are right on track. Also guess what we have a special guest none other than Diane Carubia the Illustrator of these adorable images. Please make sure to stop by her blog and leave some love :)

Ok let me walk you through my project and what I've done.
Firstly this frame was put together using these two cuties simply two besties enjoying summer flowers.
Their names are Jessies Summer Garden and Peekaboo.
Both colored with my Tim Distress Ink pads and Tim's markers too.

Listening to Lana Del Rey (she's my obsession lately) coloring these two has been so therapeutic and I finished it so fast I wanted to color more.

Now you see that sentiment well ya just got a sneak peek on a sentiment collection part of  an upcoming release. Oh is it so cute!

sneak peek #2 on a different sentiment :) I wanted to hang a little on this small  of flowers. It seems big but it's really a tiny brown pot carrying some Begonias.

and did you hear for all those stampers out there. Our chants and frustrations have been heard!

DO YOU SEE WHAT LDRS is doing OMG! I love it.
 Look look look....
I LOVE the idea of the stamped image that makes it so much easier to see for those that prefer to visual it in black and white or those who store their stamps in binders. Isn't it awesome!

So did I forget to mention the contest going on with the hop.
Well make sure to stop by the LDRS  Inspiration Blog for the complete details but here are the deets for the prizes up for grabs so get going and jump on it.

Saturated Canary Yuki and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

First I wanted to say thank you to my followers for the em and I'm sorry I've been MIA. I've been through a roller coaster of events here at home. I mean  form all the seasonal sports my kids are involved in to my daughter going through Prom, soccer senior night, senior honors ceremony,GRADUATION,Graduation bash planning and being parent chaperon to my kids field trips (OMG evidently some kids in my DDs 2nd gr class get comfortable with me so easily they call me mom!.... um no please don't call me mom ) I have one more field trip to go as far as chaperoning goes :P
This Tuesday is Senior Honors awards extended only to the senior kids with outstanding grades. Looking forward and excited to that, whohoo!!!

Anyways my blog has been a little lonely but yup I've been extremely busy with the family. I've been slacking on my creating and COLORING!

We should have a mothers day everyday cuz nothing gets done without us ugh! Well at least here in my home lol!

All I want for Mother's day is some Aqua mint pumps yup AQUA mint LOL!
Some copic refills and some POLYCHROMOS  oh let's not forget a hot Starbucks in the morning and I should be good. Happy mama :)

OK NOW A LONG over due of sharing on my Little Darlings Rubber stamp CHA creations! Yes this little girl was displayed at CHA in the LD booth back in February was it lol!?
This Saturated Canary girlie is Yuki  and I colored her with copics of course she's available on the
Little Darlings Rubber stamp store.

I  added some sparkly glitter on her shirt and a tad of stardust.
Something I wanted to point out when I'm coloring. The reason I have some lighter parts on my girls faces is just my way of adding countour. Just my way of reflecting light n their face. I thought I put that out there in case some where wondering why is there some missed colored spots.

the sentiment tag is from LDRS too the Vintage Affections set.

Thanks for stopping by and I'm crossing fingers I get something finished soon. I hope you like my take on YUKI oh how I miss my Krista Smith therapy :(  lol!

Darlings Square Die Set
Our Darling Square Die Set includes 6 individual designer dies. This die set has been carefully designed to offer you a completely coordinated set of dies to use to embellish your craft projects. The largest is a detailed frame that measures approx. a 6" x 6" square finished cut. It is versatile and elegant in its square shape and has delicate rounded corners and intricate cut detail. You can stack and layer with the smaller frame and coordinating accessory dies, which include a beautiful floral flourish die and layering individual flowers.

Fluttered Tulip Bodice
Our Fluttered Tulip Bodice die is an elegant, whimsical spin on the old fashioned seamstress dress form. We have added lacy butterfly wings and a delicate cut flourish to the center. It is the perfect combination of both age and beauty. It measures approximately 3.96 x 3.23 inches. You will find that it will add a touch of elegance to your crafting projects.

Lovely View
Our Lovely View die is an elegant, feminine spin on the old fashioned view finder that we played with as children. We have added a lace-like appeal to the outer edge, with beautiful and intricate detailed cuts in the interior. The center offers a delicate embossing detail to further enhance the elegant Victorian look of this Lovely View die. Measures 3.5 inches in diameter. It is the perfect combination of both age and beauty. You will find that it will add a touch of elegance to your crafting projects.
All of our dies are manufactured in cooperation with Spellbinders and offer the very same versatility and standard of excellence.

New Crafts and Me challenge

Hey guys I'm back today to share my latest creation for the new Crafts and Me challenge and this time around we're following a sketch done by the talented Karina.
the sketch was very fun to do thanks Karina for that :)

I colored the beautiful Hannah Lynn Expression study 5 with my copics, pencils and Tim Holtz Distess pads

I also used some of that GORGEOUS digi paper Serenity and FYI it comes with some beautiful sentiment tags.

I added some of my paper from my stash with the music notes. I thought it complimented the paper very well.

I hope you could join the challenge and please swing by and check out what the
Crafts and Me team has done with the sketch.

I'll be back this week to share  a few more cards I've done
Have a great weekend
