Christmas Cheer with Saturated Canary

Hello, I'm back with a Christmas scene using a Saturated Canary stamp "Parade" and some LDRS winter dies.

It's my turn to share in the LDRS Creative Inspirational blog and this is my little Christmas cheer :)

I had a creative idea of using Parade in a scene by hand coloring a tree and whala she is now decorating her Christmas tree. The parade of animals pulling in their toys under the tree.
I watercolored my scenery with artist markers Tombow and Tim Holtz distress ink pads.
I can't get tired of coloring my SC images. Krista Smith art has always been my cup of coffee.

In case I never said it before... Love you, Krista Smith.

I used the NEW Christmas word die for my sentiment and tucked in the beautiful intricate Gilded doily die cut because it reminds me of a snowflake.
Let's not forget the Polkadoodles Winter paper pad.I couldn't pick a pattern sheet they're all so beautiful.

I tucked in the NEW Snowy Border die trim on the bottom edge. It added the nice depth to finish off my card.

I hope I gave you the inspiration to use your normal stamps and add anything winter for that perfect holiday touch.
Add snow, a winter hat for example .... the ideas are endless. Enjoy guys :)

Have a wonderful day

Hello You

Happy New Year friends! I have the honor to share the first Inspiration post over LDRS Creative  using Chill from DollHouse and with a few LDRS Creative dies for a clean and simple card.

I did a quick picture by picture of my coloring process for Chill
I watercolored her using Tim Holtz Distress Inks pads and Tombow brush pens and then easily fuzzy cut her out.

I kept my card very basic and giving it an extra eye candy using the Creative Basic Picnic Quilt Embossing folder.
I simply cut out some strips after I embossed a sheet and added stitched flags at the bottom of the strips.

I tucked in a "Hello You "sentiment using the You sentiment collection set.

I hope you enjoy my card and thank you all for stopping by my corner. I'm
looking forward to sharing my crafty bitz here for 2017!

XOXO

Spread Your Wings

Inspiration Post with SaborPapel and our theme is Earth Day so if you could recycle something and use it in a crafty way this month.

OK So ..... I panic lol! I said ...How can I incorporate Earth Day into my cards... I wanted to do something Earthy and Naturey... I know those are not real words but that's how I roll :P

Anyways SO I knew I wanted to color Wings from LDRS Creative DollHouse Rubber stamp.

I thought how about I pick some twigs from outside floor and use them as embellishments.

A few twigs did the job the skinnier the better. I painted them black , let them dry and ten sprayed Easy Tack and sprinkled some fine sparkling snow glitter to seal the deal.
Now I created some sparkly twigs to sit my little girl in a magical scene.

I started with SaborPapel base background using Amor Ramitos Flower side and started layering from there.
LDRS Creative Dies behind Wings using Gilded Doily Die.

Wings is colored with watercoloring pencils thank you so much my SaborPapel sponsors. I really enjoyed using them.

I used SaborPapel Fiesta the orange side to create handmade flowers

and added moss underneath Wings for a dimensional effect.I really enjoyed the outcome of the twig project. I'm positive I'll be doing this again.

I hope this creation gets you in a fun spring or summer vibe and gives you ideas to Reuse, Reduce and Recycle!

It's a Pattern love

Hey peeps I'm back with another CHA premier!

Today I'm excited to showcase a NEW Saturated Canary Rubber stamp, Pattern Love.
I love her cuteness and her high messy bun in which she reminds me of my daughter lol!

Saturated Canary has done it again with another sweet illustration. I created a shabby shic peachy card with a hint of mint to coordinate with her.

I used many of the new dies from Creative Basics , Basic Stitched Flags is one of my favorites. The different sizes and overlaying them it's just one of many different ways to use them.
I also had an idea of overlapping the Cutting Edge border down on the bottom. I thought I did a good job (pats self int he back) :P
I really like how easily dimension was created with overlapping the edges.
How about the New Gilded Doily Die .... simply breathtaking with it's flourish details.I used it to enhance my flowers.
Do you spy the Gilded Oval Embossing folders used? so much elegance in the Gilded Oval sets all around.

Lastly my sentiment came from the NEW  Best Friends set and Pattern Love was colored with ofcourse  Copic Markers :)

Thank you for swinging by my corner
and keep an eye out for the new products in the store very very soon!!
