Sepia is MIC new challenge

Hey I'm back and I'm slacking on my postings I know.... sorry!
I might have to get stronger coffee me thinks.

Today I wanted to share my take on the new challenge over Make It Colourful. The theme is easy I assure you. The easy challenge is to color with browns and the "hard" is coloring in monochrome like
 SEPIA.
I used Sweet Stephanie digi and colored her with copics. You could find the coloring recipe at the bottom of the post.
This card was planned to be a Valentine's card and I actually had it taped lightly and had flowers and embellishments sketched out and everything. Well I had my sister over to pick an image for her bday card she expects every year which was on January. Well she saw this image and became hardheaded that she wanted this one and wouldn't have it any other.....ugh!!!! SO I had to start it alllllllll over and recreate a bday card lol! I really loved the result I must admit.

The Olivia banner comes from "Use your words"  Little Darlings Warm fuzzies sentiments and also the vintage bday sentiments  was used on the bottom base

Let it snow but not just quite yet lol!!!

Hey hey hey guys I'm here just really busy with the 4th of July Holiday.

I know it's been crazy hot at least here in Chicago IT'S FLAMING HELL OUT HERE!

We've had some crazy weather and just the other day we had a hail storm really scary I might add.

So for me to create my project for today during these HOT days was just a tiny bit OFF LOL!!

but all is well and crafting goes on in any weather right :)

To get in the Christmas spirit Magnolia-licious Highlities has a new challenge to help you get started on the Christmas cheer.

The DT have created projects using the adorable Magnolia Minis to begin with.
What I did was color Mini Tilda with Cross stitch heart from the 2011 Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection mounted on top of Mini Santa Bench.

I created a simple picture frame altered with non traditional color embellishments.

Hope to see you swing by the challenge blog and can't wait to see what you've created.

Thanks for taking the time to swing by my corner as always I truly appreciate it.
