I'm in the Garden

Hey what's up!? I'm back again for the 3rd time this week.

 I think that's a record for me. Well it's time for the new challenge over Saturated Canary blog and this time around we are using this picture for inspiration and all you need to is use at least 3 of the colors.

I created a fun tag with Gardener Gayle and she's from the latest Saturated Canary rubber stamp release over Little Darlings rubber stamps. 

I colored her with my Spectrum Noir pens on Make It crafty blending paper.

Oh they are tooooo adorable. I have no favorites ...I'm sorry but there all sweet.

Honey Happy Birthday

Hi guys today is my turn to share a little Inspiration for Little Darlings. Here is something I created using "Honey" from the Winter 2013 Saturated Canary line.  

This front card measures about 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 and I have colored her with Spectrum Noir markers. It has many layers of bright shic paper to compliment miss Honey.

This is her before I distressed the edges with Tattered Angels Glimmer mist, Graphite and some pearlized Smooch (don't know the name)

 I love her sweet pretty punk look! Look at the way she stands....so adorable. You could find her at the Little Darlings store along with many other must have rubber. I'm going to have to give her another coloring go with my Distress Inks soon.

A few pictures of the dimension of the card front but more like a decor frame.

Happy Tuesday and I'm awfully late with my DT post for Saturated Canary challenge again but I didn't want to leave this scrapbook page unnoticed. 

The theme is Movie Inspiration. 

You have, I believe one day left before the challenge closes.

OK the second I saw the theme I knew I was going to do,"The Notebook" I am seriously crazy in love with this movie. My teen is obsessed with it too! I wonder why hmmmmmm?

I used this picture for my Inspiration

and this is one of my favorite scenes.

Noah: What do you mean?

I cropped out Puppy Love and only used the cute boy, isn't he perfect! Trust me I was tempted to color him a beard but I like him clean cut :) and I also thought Nevaeh was the perfect fit because of her long flowing hair. A bit more sophisticated if you ask me. I do have to apologize I was having camera issues and when the hop started I only had my colored image up..... Hubby fixed my old camera by just be beating it up more but It's looking like the last days are to come for that bad boy. I was looking around for a new camera /video anyways. I need to start doing my video tutes already. If you want to recommend me one please do so...... thank you!!!

Now for the info on my card. Did you see all the Gum Nut girls on the hop!??? We couldn't resist her she's so addicting to color I tell ya. Her name is Gum Nut Flower Girl and if you see the store sample HERE.... that's my coloring EEEEK!!! (HAPPY DANCE HAPPY DANCE) 

I also used the GORGEOUS Kookaburra birds sitting on a border frame of Gum nut leaves and flowers.

HAVE YOU GUYS HEARD THEM before OMG!! I couldn't stop pushing the re-play button. SOOOO Coool can't wait to show my kids the video I found HERE

Did you guys notice my DP is from the new Little Darlings Collection Summer Sorbet. I think the pink flower pattern went so perfect with the image with her pink Gum nuts. They look light pink on these pictures but their really a brighter pink,the Kookaburras are a light brown but they look white lol!

The gum nuts have a more of a pink tone too oh  and my pink/purple background is much more richer. 

You see why I need a new camera lol! O

I did color everything with my Spectrum Noir pens.

Happy Monday and how about starting the week with some Magnolia fun!

The Magnolia-licious  Highlities DT is having our monthly hop today. With some amazing projects from the DT and sweet prizes fro you guys. I hope we get to start the week for you with some crazy Inspiration.

THE HOP STARTS HERE (In my oprah voice) :)

I had the urge for a page LO. I haven't done these for over @5 years!!! I was a bit rusty but can't complain after it all came together. I did handmade flowers that took me 4 ever but well worth it. They are trimmed with some bling bling glitter which I spilled all over my din and kitchen,UGH!!

I used those gorgeous papers that came with the latest Magnolia Newspaper magazine. I used them on my background and the hearts. I loved the pattern and just had to use them ASAP :) 

I also used some of the older images from the Sweet Rainbow 2011 collection.

You just can't get tired of them, I could color them all the time. Oh yes, I watercolored them in a sepia style with a small touch of pink on the cheeks and only Tilda's flower. 

Which reminds me I need to go get me more brushes. I notice mine are getting too old lol! I hate letting go :)

HI GUYS! This is my first post of the year with lots of more pending and then we got the late ones lol!

SO I hope everyone enjoyed their brake from the Holidays. My kids are back in school FINALLY!!

 I have the little one that starts later on but to hear nothing is freakin AWESOME LOL! 

On another note how about all the CHA MADNESS OMG!!!! I FINISHED ALL MY CHA CREATIONS OVER THE WEEKEND!! I have to take pictures this morning just waiting for some more sun to come out. Then off to send out to my friend Sheri. Ummmm Sheri don't try to pull a fast one and keep some lol! A total of 11 maybe 12. MAAAAN THAT'S ALOT LOL! 

Geez I think I'm spoiling my sponsors .....nahhhh they spoil me too, lol!

 I water colored this scene using #399 Happy New Year Tilda and 

#594 MINI Balloon background. You could find them available at the Magnolia-licious store now and make sure to check out the newest Magnolia LOVE Collection for 2013.

I can't wait to get my package and I'm surely gonna be ordering more because all of them are toooooo cute!! 

the versatility of the image is endless. I had started to do a New Years card and I ended up with party girl just because theme lol! With the pinks and colorful background pushed a bday party theme to it as well. You can't go wrong :)

I also wanted to add pockets in the inside of the card and somehow by total accident I ended up with a book card LMBO!! 

this is one of those projects that you let yourself get lost and whatever happens happens :)
