Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi!!!
G'day cobber - thanx so much for lobbing into my place to have a squizz at what's going on.

MIC is celebrating Australia Day and guess what we have a hop.
If you were just swinging by my corner for a visit. Well you might wanna start the Hop with Aeryn. If your coming from my talented friend Jen than come on in you're right on track and just about done whoohooo!

Zoe has hid a big whopping prize along the hop!! How about the entire Outback Collection. So make sure you leave a comment on every blog.
I've decided to give away my card to a random commentator. Well how about you leave me some awesome Aussie slang and if I can't understand what you've said than you might just win my card, lol!

You must be a follower to qualify :)

I do have to apologize I was having camera issues and when the hop started I only had my colored image up..... Hubby fixed my old camera by just be beating it up more but It's looking like the last days are to come for that bad boy. I was looking around for a new camera /video anyways. I need to start doing my video tutes already. If you want to recommend me one please do so...... thank you!!!

Now for the info on my card. Did you see all the Gum Nut girls on the hop!??? We couldn't resist her she's so addicting to color I tell ya. Her name is Gum Nut Flower Girl and if you see the store sample HERE.... that's my coloring EEEEK!!! (HAPPY DANCE HAPPY DANCE)

I also used the GORGEOUS Kookaburra birds sitting on a border frame of Gum nut leaves and flowers.
HAVE YOU GUYS HEARD THEM before OMG!! I couldn't stop pushing the re-play button. SOOOO Coool can't wait to show my kids the video I found HERE

Did you guys notice my DP is from the new Little Darlings Collection Summer Sorbet. I think the pink flower pattern went so perfect with the image with her pink Gum nuts. They look light pink on these pictures but their really a brighter pink, the Kookaburras are a light brown but they look white lol!
The gum nuts have a more of a pink tone too oh  and my pink/purple background is much more richer.

You see why I need a new camera lol! O
I did color everything with my Spectrum Noir pens.

OK now to send you to the last but not least talented lady Julie. I'm sure she has some nice sweet eye candy.
Don't forget to leave me a comment oh and DIBBS TO THE WHOLE LINE UP OF THE HOP!!

It's Australia Day in the Land Down under and what better way to celebrate than bring you some NEW Australian themed Digi Stamps and offer you some inspiration with a quick blog hop!!
What is Australia Day? Well in short, it's the day that the first fleet of convicts arrived in Sydney Australia (yup we are a bunch of convicts!! haha) but today we celebrate what's great about Australia with our family and friends and it usually involves a few snags on the barbie (BBQ)!
So let's celebrate amongst friends from around the world and share some crafting inspiration with an Aussie Outback theme!
If you're already on the hop then you should have arrived from my good mate Maria :)
otherwise if you want to hop from the start head on over to say G'Day to AJ.

Ok on to my creation and to make story short. I left my original coloured image in my vehicle and guess what!!?? I forgot to bring it down last night.Since it was my first go, my orginal Gumnut Flower Girl took me many many lovely hours. Now this one was done like in 3 or 4hrs maybe less. If you click here you could see my original Gumnut flower girl in the MiC store.

I have coloured  with copics and this time I really did try but I couldn't keep up with the copic recipe :( It was just too many.If you ask me though I'm more than likely to know it because their my usual color combos anyways. The only thing I wouldn't be able to help you is the sky.

Now for that I was reaching for whatever came to mind when I was thinking of the Magnetic storm we got and the Aurora's that were created. You could say that's were I got my inspiration lol! I  know I know it didn't happen in Australia but just pretend :)

I did colour on Make It Crafty blending paper. My ultimate favorite because it tolerates my abuse lol! :)

see the difference from taking a picture at night versus during daylight lol!

her legs keep coming out too white. There is more colour that what it appears.

Sorry for the amount of pictures :( I just have a bad camera and  really really want a new one SIGH...

Now I guess you're looking for the next mate to hop on over to??
Well before you do... Make sure you comment below for your chance to win an Australian Souvenir. Each of us will be selecting someone from our comments to receive a little Aussie Souvenir from Zoe!
