Make It Colourful Yellow/Purple Challenge

Hello friends been out for a while now.I've been quite busy with the kids.My son is home sick with strep throat :(

The meds seem to be working and he's feeling with more energy now.He has this HUGE ball on his knee which we were told at the Hospital is probably just bruised.If I were to show you a picture you would think otherwise.Oh right we ended up at the hospital because he had become so Ill and couldn't even walk up right.So that's were I've been and I try to get some colouring time when I can.

Well the good thing I had these images colored a while back and all i had to do is create a card for them.I had my MIC Petals and Palings Fence since probably last year lol! I don't recall but I was going to use it for another card then realised that the size proportion didn't go, LOL!

Anyways I saved it for another day and guess what ...they fit perfectly with my mini Tildas yeah!!!!!

OH RIGHT LOL!I should get to my point :) It's time for another challenge at Make It Colourful.This time around the theme is easy just simply color your images or whatever you wish Yellow/purple combo.Not blended in together just regular colouring nothing complicated right!?

I used my MIC Petals and Palings fence digi and my gorgeous mini Magnolias from Magnolia-licious that is :)

My copic recipe I think was (lol)

Light Purple:V000,V01,V12 and Shadow C1

Dark Purple:V01,V04,V09,V15

Yellow: Y000,Y11,Y15,Y35 and shadow C1

Make it Colourful with the kiddos this time!!!

Morning Peeps!!! I'm late because when i was writing this up yesterday i lost internet connection!!! Ends up our server was down so everything i had typed didn't saved.I had to start all over EEEEK!!!

Guess what it's time for a new challenge at Make it colourful and it's the kids turn whoohooo!!!! The theme is colouring with pink.

When i told my baby that she had to do a card for me the smile on her face was from ear to ear!

I might of told her like a week before she had to work on it to give her heads up.

IT WAS A LIFETIME WAIT FOR HER!!! Everyday," mom when am i going to start and what am i allowed to use from your stuff" LOL!!! (They can't get close to my crafting area ^=^ ) It was the best time of her life when she was working on her card ALONE AND IN PEACE!! I went to put the baby to sleep while she worked on her creation.I went back to check on her and PENELOPE'S leg and bottom of her hair were cut off LOL!!!!

Lauren's heart was broken because she thought she had ruined the whole card.I laughed and said just go to bed and when you come back from school you give it another try.The coloring on her first image was really good and the lipstick didn't really touch her nose! Just a bit over her lip ,lol!

This is Lauren and she is a future mini me lol!

Her coloring was done with two crayons and 3 prisma pencils.The already sparkly buttons were topped with fruit punch Stardust.The green MS punch leaves are trees IN THE BACKGROUND she says LOL!

That's a flower and a heart she drew.

Yeah she's going to love eye shadow make up for sure ,YIKES!

Make it colourful challenge#1 cool or warms

Me again well today is the day that Make it colourful starts on it's official first challenge.The theme is warms or cools.I went ahead with the warms and a hint of cool .I did a scenery using Right thru my heart Tilda and one of the new release images at Make it Crafty,

"Tree of Love".There are many more new releases that are just too pretty to pass up.I hope you have the time to play with us this week.There Will be some yummy prizes for the lucky winner so better go get your mediums ready.Make sure to stop by my teammies as what they created will blow you away.

 

I used my laser cut heart chip board mounted on my bow.I also have the small mini hearts at the bottom corner.They have been dabbed with my DI and topped with stardust.
