I am in LOVE with these little girls, I mean how adorable are they!!?? but wait their is a boy out there too. Yup he is adorable ( I think it's her son...same eyes, smile and cute face lol)

 

I think this is a very versatile image you could use them for like someone going away, going camping, endless of ideas floating right now.

I LOVE Krista for always helping others and bringing awareness, it's so like her to do this and I know they mean so much to her. So lets help out and spread the word , get all the details

Hello all, I have a new card to share for the new challenge over Saturated Canary and the theme is Untraditional colors. I went with pink and green with a hint of deep red. Mainly the different pink tones and green.

All colored with copics also and I'll add the recipe later on.

Welcome back guys and I know I've been filling you up with cards this week lol! So many things going on with my teams and we're getting ready for the Holidays, new releases and CHA creations behind the scenes as well.
Yup CHA is right around the corner and I have tons of homework!

 

Anywhoo well Saturated Canary is back with a new challenge and you guys this one is very easy for many. Who does not distress please raise your hands.

 Ok well if you don't distress could be translated as distress your paper you know rip it up a bit or how about distress coloring. You could do the watercoloring and I know it could be done with the alcohol markers too. Anyways have fun and rip something up lol! Just a little bit because I know it's hard to rip pretty paper lol!

 

This is also card number 3 for a commission order I got but I'm thinking I might have to eliminate the RoseRed card. Don't know... but It might be more than likely. I just think it didn't go with the Willow card and this one. I have another one in the works OMG I haven't started but I'm so anxious and yup another SC card lol!

 

The image I have colored today is a Saturated Canary Turtle lurv digi and I used copics on MIC blending paper. I didn't insert the coloring recipe but if you ask. I still have them aside so I could pretty much put it together ((whispering... I'm too tired aka lazy to do it now lol)

Oh ...... I'm sure I'm gonna end up adding it later. You know which reminds me if you see something colored on my blog with no recipe. If you're interested I do write them down and have piles of sticky's lol! Just a matter of going through them :P

Hiya I'm back! I hope everyone is good and how about Halloween so glad that's over with.

 

The kids had a good time until it started pouring on us. Needless to say Sophia went through two costumes that night because her bride dress got wet. Oh  I forgot to mention she was

Day of the Dead bride. My son was some kind of monster??? IDK his father and him picked it out at the party city store sigh...

Lauren was Monster High, Frankenstein something like that?

 I helped enhance the costume with makeup, jewelry and  touches of the accessories. The girls looked awesome and my boy looked well funny lol!! My oldest was working so she snoozed ....poor girl lol!

I didn't get many pictures because I was super busy trying to get them ready for the second time. You see they were sent to school with costumes but when I picked them up it was HELL! Actually that's an understatement....... Sophia had her costume in a plastic bag and her make up was gone! IDK but I guess it was rubbed off  ... just a hot mess!

 

 My Lauren had her dress ripped off because a teacher stepped on it ((rolling eyes) It had a long tail so I could see it was an accident and since it was raining super hard after school her make up was ruined, hot mess too!

My son just had to throw his costume on so he was stress free and he was enjoying  watching us girls struggle....MAN PFFFFT!!!

 

 

Orlando didn't have his costume on when I took the picture so he didn't get to come out on it.

 (I think he's going through a stage ugh) The morning touch ups were nicer. Lauren had gold glittered hair and the face paint was much nicer. Sophia's face painting was a bit more detailed and she had pink curly hair lol! :) Oh well there's always next year.

Saturated Canary has a new challenge and this time we are following a fun sketch by my talented friend and teammie Maria.

 

I'm showcasing one of Krista's new digis .

Her name is Willow and she's colored with copics and a very few Spectrum Noirs. I substituted the copics I didn't have or just ran out of ink with SN :)

 

My DP is from the Petals and Lace available over Little Darlings online store. I love it it's so pretty and the soft colors are gorg!

 

I just had such a relaxing time coloring her hair and I kept thinking all the different ways her hair could be colored. Maybe I'll do a tute on the different ways to color her hair because the ideas were just over flowing.

Watch me forget about it when the time comes lol!!! It always happens lol!

Cocoa having a cuppa

 Happy Thursday and don't you know it, the week zoomed right by.

Today I invite you to the new

 Saturated Canary challenge blog and the theme for this challenge is Paper piecing.

I had a go with Saturated Canary Rubber stamp"Cocoa".

and part of her outfit was designed by

 Little Darlings Frigid Fun design paper.

 My sentiment was put together using a few of the LD sentiment sets. 

I used the Fairytale sentiment stamp to create the fun border.The sentiment,the coffee mug and the frame are from the new Coffee set rubber stamp sentiments.

 btw the coloring was done with Tim Holtz distress ink pads and refills.

The earmuffs,booties and bottom of her skirt has a touch of snow marker from Marvy for some texture.

Any coloring suggestions are welcomed btw. I've been getting a few messages here and on FB asking me if I have coloring videos but sadly I don't have any at the moment. I do have a few step by step picture tutes if you search for tutorials on the search button on the right they should pop out. (ugh need to get my blog organize I know lol!)

I do have a new camera to record videos but what I don't have at this moment is time LOL!!!!

I have a line up of DT's and a line up of kids lol!

 The thing is I also do some creations behind the scenes that don't get featured here right away.

I have CHA cards from this past summer that not all have made it on here just yet but soon will I promise.

Like I said search my marker tutorials on here meanwhile and I know I have to create one for watercoloring soon.

It's a fairy thing

 

HI guys a new Challenge over Saturated Canary has started today and this time the theme is Winged things so you know this one was calling me to color one of the newest Saturated Canary digi Fairies.

 

I'm featuring Sweater socks Fairy , colored with copics and Spectrum Noir markers.

 

My 6x6 DP is NEW from Little Darlings called Petals & Lace. I LOVE it, If you like shabby/vintage this is for you! It will be shipping in September so watch out for it.

The ivory flowers were handmade with crepe paper and glittered on the edges for some sparkly effect.

This is my first post for today and second should be coming up shortly :)

We have a new challenge running over

 Saturated Canary and the theme is "Glamour and Glitz"

 

I had a go on this blown up digi name Zoe which is a special image that comes with

Zoe's from MIC colouring hair tutorial E-book. I colored her with copics and I believe I did touch up with my Spectrum Noir If I recall. I've been asked if my white highlights are colored in after I finished a colored image. Well the answer is No :) My highlights are created as I color. They are simply not touched and left alone. I assure you they are Natural white lol! Although there are times I do touch them with a white pen but majority of the part not really.

I forgot my coloring recipe but I recall using my BG72 for an undertone on her hair and using the C family.

 

 

I just LOVE the Little Darlings sentiment lol! They come from the Girls rock Set.

Tada the inside lol! I know you want to see the inside. I received the emails lol! I'm reading and nothing big for this one. I prefer keeping them clean in the inside because the outside is  always done so heavy :P

Hi there I'm back and this time I'm sharing a new assignment for

Here are a few pictures

I showcased Lovely with one of my favorite MIC backgrounds Rose garden digi. All colored with Spectrum Noir. I was coloring up a storm and kept pulling markers. You know when your in deep concentration you don't want to stop and keep going. No time to write down right lol! So I have them all laid down on my table and now debating to  just take note to see what I used on what or just take a picture of my marker mess ROTFL! I don't think that will help any one so I'll dig in in a bit and start writing down lol!

I couldn't catch the glitter on her top dress but I used some  Sparkling Snow from Sparkle and Sprinkle, so you know that stuff is bling :)

Hey what's up!? I'm back again for the 3rd time this week.

 I think that's a record for me. Well it's time for the new challenge over Saturated Canary blog and this time around we are using this picture for inspiration and all you need to is use at least 3 of the colors.

I created a fun tag with Gardener Gayle and she's from the latest Saturated Canary rubber stamp release over Little Darlings rubber stamps. 

I colored her with my Spectrum Noir pens on Make It crafty blending paper.
